Yoga is a scientific system of physical and mental practices. The physical movements and postures, plus breathing techniques, are said to help you live longer and become more flexible. Yoga is excellent for stretching us out whether it be after a fitness session, hiking or for general wellbeing.

Birdwatching, Coasteering, Golfing, Kayaking, Discovery Boat tours around islands, Surfing etc – avaliable as an option 1 day a week only.
